About Us
PTAA Colorado is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors committed to strong governance, financial accountability, and student success.
Pioneer Technology & Arts Academy Colorado is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors that sets policy, ensures financial accountability, and supports the mission of the school. Board meetings are held virtually, are open to the public, and agendas are posted in advance in the campus front foyer and on our website at least 72 hours before each meeting.
For the full roster of current directors, their biographies, the Board FAQ, and the complete archive of meeting agendas and minutes, please visit the Board Agenda & Minutes page.
The Board’s policies, procedures, and public-accountability documents are available through the resources below.
If a member of the community would like to attend an open board meeting and make a public comment, please reach out within 36 hours of the meeting date. Public comment should be held to topics on the agenda and limited to no more than two minutes. The Board may call emergency meetings and will follow the same posting requirements of date and time on or before 72 hours of the meeting.
